25 Years at Arnsbo Group

Today, I had the privilege of celebrating a milestone that feels both surreal and deeply meaningful—25 years since I founded what was then Arnsbo Media.

I was just 21, studying economics in Aarhus, full of curiosity about what could be built with the right mix of ideas, people, and energy.

A lot has changed since then. The company has evolved, grown, and reinvented itself countless times. Yet at the core, the same entrepreneurial spirit that inspired me to start it all has remained.

I’ve always been driven by the thrill of building, learning, and exploring new possibilities alongside talented people. Seeing the team come together to celebrate this anniversary made me realize just how far we’ve come.

Over the years, we’ve built a strong, united group with a culture that truly feels like family. The sense of belonging and the way people support each other is one of my proudest achievements.

Coupled with the professional skills and creativity across the group, this environment has allowed us to create innovative products, long-lasting companies, and a workplace people genuinely enjoy.

This morning, the team surprised me with confetti, a king’s chair, and an outpouring of love. Moments like this remind me why I love what we do and why the journey matters just as much as the results.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of Arnsbo Group over the past 25 years. Building this together has been the adventure of a lifetime, and I’m as excited for the next chapter as I was on day one.
